How and when should I book my wedding or event?
Once you have booked a date for your event or wedding call or email Jane to check her availability, ideally at least six to nine months prior to your event.

How much will my wedding or function cost?
With regards to the cost and fees associated with your floral arrangements that will depend largely on your flower content and size selections. If you would like to send across any pictures of the types of arrangements you would like to have we may be able to send you a draft quotation based on those pictures.

“I have no idea what flowers I want”
No problem, we can send you a list of flowers available around the time of your wedding or event to help with your search.

When can we meet?
We are usually available Monday through to Thursday, day or evening. However if you prefer a Friday or weekend we may be able to find some time between events as we are usually delivering or arranging flowers on those other days

What happens after I have booked with Maple Florist?
After your booking and flower selections have been finalized we will get in touch with you approximately two weeks before the date of your function to confirm delivery and or set up times. Final payment will also be due at this time.

Can I change my flower order?
If you would like to make any changes to your current order please let Jane know at least three to four weeks before the function date. Any alterations made to your order after this time may be subject to availability and alternative flowers may then need to be considered.

How do I hire?
Once you work out what you want to hire, contact Jane either via email jane@mapleflorist.com.au or call on 0433 422 704.

Can I view the items?
Yes, to view any of the items please call and arrange a time to meet. Maple Florist is based in the hills district, Baulkham Hills.

Can Maple Florist deliver?
Yes we can deliver Sydney wide; the exact cost of delivery will vary depending on the location. Please call or send us an email to get a quotation.

What are Maple Florist’s Terms and Conditions?
To secure and hire your items, a refundable 10% bond will be required and then a final balance will need to be paid two weeks before the event, we will contact you then to confirm all details and pick-up times.

How long is the hire period?
Pick up, delivery and if needed set-up can be organized the day before or on the day of the event. For anything longer than seven days, an extra daily rate of $5 per day will be issued to cover the late return.

What happens if an item is damaged or broken?
In the event that a hire item is broken or damaged we will contact you and let you know the amount we require to cover the breakage. The cost will be equal to the cost of replacement.
