Terms & Conditions

In order to run our business with efficiency we have included some terms and conditions.

We understand that each occasion may vary and are happy to accommodate any reasonable requests so please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime if you wish to discuss any of the terms and conditions in further detail.


A quotation is valid for six to eight months from the date issued. All items mentioned in your quote cannot be substituted for other items without prior consent and discussion.


A non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full and final payments are required no less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the event or function.


Should you request any alteration after your final documentation has been issued the supplier/s may impose an additional fee or the amended item may be subject to availability.

How do I know if my event/function has been booked? Your booking will be confirmed over the phone or via an email, followed by a receipt sent via email.

How do I pay?
